AT THE MOMENT THE AC IS NOT WORKING The Ca 'delle Vele apartment is a nice and welcoming holiday apartment located on the first floor of a building in the "Sestiere Cannaregio" a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, in an area full of typical restaurants where you can enjoy a "Cicheto" with the inevitable spritz. The space Consisting of a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a shower. The entire apartment is well-furnished and comfortable. The accommodation is suitable for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in beautiful Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with ducted air conditioning, internet connection, TV, moka pot; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided according to the number of guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT:  CHECK-IN:  Check-in is free and guaranteed between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and is agreed in advance by appointment, as there is no fixed reception but check-in is done in person at the house. Please inform the property of the methods and time of arrival in Venice at least one week in advance so that you can make an appointment with the person who will welcome you. Access to the property will be in person, by appointment, and will take place within the times specified in the listing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as flight and/or train delays and other force majeure, the appointment will be rescheduled to our earliest availability. At check-in, ALL guests must be provided with a VALID ID (driver's license is only valid for Italian guests). Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, except upon availability of the property and with the sole possibility of luggage storage. From 7:00 p.m., check-in is subject to a surcharge: 7:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. 35 euros, 10:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. 45 euros, 12:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. 60 euros. 1:00 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. 110 euros 1:30 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. 160 euros PLEASE NOTE: AFTER 2:00 A.M., IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE PROPERTY, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SETBACKS. Check-in will be reassigned the day after the first useful availability. At the time of booking, a form will be sent, which must be carefully filled out by all guests with their personal data and attaching the identity documents which will be used for the sole purpose of online registration with the State Police and ISTAT reporting. At the same time as the documents are entered, the lease and cost summary must be signed no later than one week after your arrival. The tourist tax will be requested on the day of arrival through Airbnb and is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. The rates are as follows: FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON AGED 10–15 INCLUSIVE PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS OLD EXCLUDED.  NB. In case of non-compliance with one of the previous points, we do not guarantee access to the facility. CHECK-OUT: Check-out must be no later than 10:00 a.m. It is not possible to request to leave luggage in the property after 10:00 a.m. HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING: The use of heating and cooling is governed by the national and municipal regulations in force in the current year.
