The property consists in one double bedroom located in a mezzanine floor and a living room featuring a divan, SAT-TV, a dining table and chairs, a corner kitchen equipped with basic utensils that will enable you to prepare dishes with our fresh produce you can buy just exiting out of your door at the Palatone deli shop. The space **Sebastien Garden** is a charming retreat perfectly situated on the upper part of Via Sebastiano, near Via Marconi, in the heart of Positano. This delightful escape is ideal for a couple or close friends seeking an intimate getaway. Located on the ground floor of a classic domed building, the apartment features a cozy double bed on a lofted mezzanine, providing a snug and inviting sleeping space. The living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa, SAT-TV, and a dining table. The corner kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals with fresh, local ingredients, conveniently available just steps away at the Palatone deli shop. For added convenience, a coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher are provided. The bathroom, located on the ground floor and accessible from the living room, includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and a clothes washer. Step outside to your own private 30-square-meter garden, where you can relax on sunbeds or dine al fresco at the outdoor table while taking in stunning views of Positano’s picturesque townscape and a partial glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. The garden area also features a small bathroom and basin, along with an outdoor shower equipped with a large shower head, perfect for a refreshing moment on warm, sunny days. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, offers winter heating, and includes Wi-Fi access to keep you connected. Given its prime location in the upper central part of the village, parking can be challenging during peak season. We recommend exploring the area on foot to fully enjoy the convenience of nearby local restaurants, bars, food stores, and shops—all within easy walking distance. The beach is less than a 10-minute stroll away, and the Liparlati bus stop, one of Positano’s main transit points, is just seconds from your door. This makes it easy to explore the coast economically and efficiently, without the need for costly taxis. Guest access You will only need to climb down 10 stairs from via San Sebastiano or via Marconi, to reach the property floor. Very easy to get anywhere in Positano. Very central and close to a grocery / food store and net to the bus station Other things to note We do not have a private parking.
