Other things to note ID verification and pre-arrival form is requested upon booking confirmation. The cottage is in the woods near open fields and waterways. You may see or encounter wildlife during your stay. This includes deer, foxes, raccoons, spiders, mice, bees, wasps, spider crickets, and ants. These creatures reside in nature. We do not control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund you if you encounter her business during your stay. Renting weekends, weekly, or monthly to travelers and business folks who are looking for more personalized space. The cottage is cleaned with a 1:10 bleach solution. I am also a registered nurse so cleanliness is a top priority. Cats are NOT permitted. We are truly dog welcoming and do not discriminate on breed or size.
