The 1 bedroom apartment has a maximum capacity for four people and it is divided as follows: 1 room with a sofa that converts into two beds with a Tv; 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with a bathtub; 1 toilet; 1 fully equipped kitchen; 1 large living room; 2 spacious balconies with outdoor furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside. This accommodation also has access to two communal swimming pools and has a private parking. It is relatively close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, Falésia Beach and 5 minutes by car to Vilamoura center. Guest access This apartment is located in a quiet area of Vilamoura, 5 km from the beach. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. There is a covered garage with space for one car. There are also free outdoor parking spaces. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool. Check-in can be done: - In person at the property, or - Via key safe (self check-in). Details will be arranged with guests prior to arrival. Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Check-out: Must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Other things to note Not suitable for pets No parties or events allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. After 7 p.m. there may be an additional charge The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 300 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled. At check-in, the tourist tax is charged for guests over the age of 16. According to the amendment to the Regulation and table of fees and licenses for incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night per person and from April to October is €2 per night per person. If you need an invoice with a taxpayer ID, you must send the invoicing information by the day of check-in. If you want a crib, the request must be made in advance and is subject to availability. They cost € 5 per night, paid in cash at check-in. We ask our guests to treat our home and neighbors as they would like them to treat their home and neighbors. We are not responsible for temporary technical failures (e.g. Wi-Fi, TV, electricity, water, etc.) Quiet hours: 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. For reservations of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out an inspection up to 7 days from the date of departure. The cleaning fee includes only the check-in/check-out cleaning. During their stay, guests may request additional cleaning or extra bed linens and towels at an additional cost and subject to availability.
