The Altnauerhof is a former hotel from the 18th century, which was converted into a residential building a few years ago and completely renovated with respect to the tradition of the house. 300 meters away from Lake Constance, with the beautiful marina, the Badi and the long jetty where the cruise ship docks. The lake cycling path is directly adjacent to the property. Next door is the train station and the bus stop. The village center is a few minutes' walk away. The space The charming old apartment is on the 2nd floor and is also accessible by elevator. The views over the lake are awesome! A bedroom with a box spring and adjoining bathroom with shower/toilet. Living/dining room with sofa, which can be converted into a high-quality bed (2 x 90 cm). The second bathroom with shower/toilet is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is a prototype of classic Unima storage shelves. Stovetop, sink and microwave as well as American-style refrigerator. There is no oven or dishwasher. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster available. The washing machine and dryer are on the 1st floor.
