Welcome to "familyswim"! In Montévrain, a place of relaxation and calm for the whole family. Located 7 km from Disney. We welcome you to our house with private pool, terrace and garden. The entrance to the accommodation is independent. With us there is no key box, we welcome you on arrival. The 40 m2 accommodation consists of: • a bright living room with kitchen • a night area • one bedroom with queen size bed, including shower room. The space Pool is open and heated until the end of September 2025! The 40 m2 accommodation is composed of: • a very bright living room with equipped kitchen for family meals (induction stove, range hood, sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee machine) as well as a sofa. • A sleeping area with a bunk bed for 2 people • One bedroom with queen size bed, including shower room • The toilets are separate Towels and pool towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. Baby kit available on request (free of charge): baby bed, baby bath and high chair. The accommodation is non-smoking. You will have at your disposal a private terrace and barbecue (remember to bring charcoal). Guests can take advantage of our pool area. Heated pool and large terrace, available from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., from April 12 to the end of September. Guest access • By car: the rental is 7 km from Disneyland / RERA Marne La Vallée-Chessy-Disney station • By bus: from the RERA Marne La Vallée-Chessy-Disney station, take bus 23 to the "Bonne Auberge" stop for 15 minutes then go down the street for 300 meters. Other things to note: Nearby and in the area you can have access to several activity centers for a pleasant stay: • Disneyland® Park • Walt Disney Studios® Park. • Disney® Village with entertainment. • Golf Disneyland® 27-hole golf course. • Val d'Europe shopping center with over 200 shops. • Valley Outlet Shopping Village. • Val d'Europe SEA LIFE Aquarium. • The Parc des Félins. • Parrot World. • Provins and its Medieval show. • Nature village with slides. • Aquatonic Spa As the pool can present a real danger to children, we draw your attention to the fact that great caution is imperative, despite the security systems (alarm). No smoking allowed No pets allowed. Our home is in a quiet and serene area, any party or other gathering that may cause noise disturbances will be refused. Parking is free and will be on the street right in front of our house. Guest access By car, we are 3 km from the highway, access is very easy, you can park on our street right in front of the house. In this area of the city, parking is free. It will take 8 to 12 minutes to reach Disney by car. A bus stop is 100 m from our house, the bus will drop you off at Disney in 15 minutes, or at Gare de Lagny to get to Paris in 22 minutes by train (Gare de L'Est). We are also 5 km from Chessy TGV station. The Olympic Games are approaching. Please note that we are located 6 km from the Olympic base of Vaires-sur-Marne with canoe and rowing events. We are about 35 minutes by bike along the banks of the Marne. Other sites are also very easy to access from our home by public transport either by the RER A or by the Line P train! If you have an electric car, we can provide our 7.3 kVA charging station. Recharge your car for a flat rate of 20 euro. Other things to note We live in the house and rent the 40 m2 accommodation. It has a separate entrance. We live as a family so no parties or noise. The number of people booked must match the number of people actually present. In case of an additional person, we reserve the right to cancel your stay.
