Enjoy staycation at the “SUNSET” town house all year around. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway or midweek escape. Modern double story including 5 bedrooms with stunning tranquillity and modern vibes, with heating and cooling in all areas of the house. With a spacious backyard, decking embedded with an outdoor spa/hot tub, outdoor dining and lounging area. The space ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE*** This accommodation is purely for relaxation purposes. There is to be strictly NO SCHOOLIES, HENS, BUCKS, PARTIES OR EVENTS. There is to be strictly NO excessive noise (screaming, singing, loud music playing, yelling or arguing) after 10:30PM on weekends and 10:00PM on weekdays. This includes not operating the hot tub after 11:00PM. This is council law. Do not book if you cannot adhere to our house rules. We have a “Minut” noise sensor device installed in the living room to monitor excessive noise and prevent future neighbour complaints. The “Minut” device DOES NOT record voices or conversations, it only measures the decibels to alert us of any loud noise. The home accommodates up to 17 guests (max 10 adult for complete comfort). - All the bed linen, pillows and towels are provided for all 17 guests. - Essentials such as hair dryer, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner are provided to get you started on your staycation at Sunset. Furthermore, enjoy the modern and fully equipped kitchen with a easy to use Nespresso coffee machine, tea, dishwasher, 1x child high chair and breakfast bar. The garage has been transformed into an entertainment and movie room with a pool table, table tennis (ping pong) table and spacious lounging area. Additionally, we have a 3000+ Arcade Games with Dual Consoles connected to the 65” inch smart TV! There is Wi-Fi available to enable guests to stream Netflix or YouTube etc. Rooms and bedroom Configuration: All bed linen is included (5 beds and 6 sofa beds). - Bedroom 1 – 1 Queen bed, walk in robe, 2-way access to bathroom - Bedroom 2 (Master) – 1 Queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite bathroom, dedicated workspace and 1 port-a-cot. - Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen bed - Bedroom 4 – 1 Queen bed - Bedroom 5 – 1 Queen bed - Main lounge – x3 single sofa bed and 1x double sofa bed - Upstairs lounge – x2 single sofa bed Guest access This property is “Self-Check” in and out. There is a Key Safe located on site. The address and key access code will be provided to the guests on the day of the arrival. I’d you’d like an earlier or later Check-Out time, please ask in advance and we will always try our best to accomodate your requests. Other things to note - There is no TV antenna access. However there is unlimited Netflix and Disney Plus available at the property. - We have a “Ring” door bell installed on the front door. This is for the purpose of monitoring our property when it is not occupied as we live an hour away. - We have Eufy 24/7 Surveillance cameras in front and back yard. - Keep in mind that the entertainment room was once a garage. Because of this, it is not permanently sealed off. There will be insects that can get into the house which is part of nature. If you can’t deal with bugs please don’t book our property. Or if you do book, don’t complain about bugs. - Unfortunately due to allergies and health concerns, pets are prohibited on all grounds of Sunset. This will ensure for the cleanliness of the property to prevent contamination issues - Noise complaints from the neighbours or breaching of this rule will result to your stay being cancelled. We would like to maintain a good relationship with the neighbours in this lovely area. - All fresh and clean bed linen, pillows and towels are provided. With shampoo, conditioner and body wash to make your staycation hassle free.
