The space The house consists of two levels: - on the ground floor: a large living room with open plan kitchen (70 m²) opening onto a shaded terrace (50 m²) on the same level as the garden, offering sea views and direct access to it - toilets - a laundry room - a master suite with closets, bathroom and toilet. - upstairs: a TV area - a master bedroom, with closets, shower room, toilet and access to a large terrace (85 m²) to the south and a second terrace to the north. The other 2 bedrooms are not accessible in this package. The whole house is equipped with ceiling fans and benefits in summer from floor cooling, in winter from floor heating. Large bay windows offer views of the garden and sea in all rooms In addition to the lawn, the landscaped garden offers a shaded reading/aperitif area on the seafront, a bowling green and private access to the sea.
