Relaxing, nature lovers getaway

A fully equipped private 2 bedroom apartment located in the daylight basement of our secluded home that is surrounded by woods. We reside upstairs but your space is completely private with your own separate entrance. You also have a private outdoor patio space with fire pit to relax and enjoy the beauty around you! You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away! The space Outside of the relaxing space in the home, we own 25 surrounding wooded acres with cabin on our property that can also be rented. The apartment has a private hot tub, outdoor firepit and space to even pitch some tents, should you desire. Location of the apartment is within 1 mile of Susquehanna river for water sports. Lots of nearby hiking along the river including tucquan glen nature preserve, Pinnacle overlook, Kelly's run, conestoga trail within 1 to 5 miles from trail heads. Recent addition to the area is the Atglen Susquehanna biking trail also within several miles. 25 minutes from downtown Lancaster. Guest access There is a separate outdoor entrance at the back of the house with walkway down to patio under the deck. Glass sliding door on left is entrance into apartment. There is an outdoor gas grill and patio to relax on. Other things to note We are a kid friendly space and can leave gates, pack and play or other infant items downstairs if you need them so you don't have to lug them around. Parking for two cars is beside the garage attached to the house. You will see a walkway you can then follow down to your space. If more the 2 cars, please park extra cars in circle out in front of the house.
