You will have access to the large guesthouse studio apartment, private courtyard with a 6' privacy fence. It's all for you. There's plenty of street parking in front of the guest house along E 3rd st. You also have an ample yard space for lounging, people watching, kicking a ball around, etc. We'll provide you a door code and access instructions prior to your arrival.
