Welcome to L'escapade, your escape to The Poconos where you can experience the picturesque beautiful fall foliage and clean, crisp mountain air. We are located in Towamensing Trails, nestled in a quiet corner of a private community. The house features a total of 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom with cathedral ceiling. Inside the master closet, you will find a ready to use PackNPlay playpen for your little one. You will also find additional pillows as well as 8 ultra soft fleece blankets that's perfect for cozying up on the porch (front or back) with wine in hand or coffee or hot tea. Room # 2 consists of 2 twin beds and Room #3 consists of a queen bed. Add’l sleeping arrangements can be found upstairs in our game room. We have two twin size Serta Sofa beds that sleeps 2. Beddings (mattress pad, linens) and pillows for the sofa beds are provided and neatly stored in a sealed storage container for your use in the closet. The house sleeps a total of 8 guests. We want to provide a worry-free experience while staying at L'escapade. Therefore, we gladly provide the following items for your stay. - Linens -Towels (add'l towels can be found in the laundry room) -Pantene ProV Shampoo (personal favorite) -Plant base citrus bodywash (personal favorite) -Pots and pans -Basic Cooking Condiments -Hair Dryer -Laundry/Dryer/Detergent -Coffee grinds, Coffee Maker & 24 oz French Press for you espresso lovers! -Charcoal BBQ Grill We take COVID19 and your health seriously! Therefore, we have gladly also included disposable bathroom cups for your convenience. Costs of all fines are listed in the Rules of Conduct brochure* All guests must be registered in order to receive vehicle and trash passes. Therefore, the Association requires the following from all renters.. 1 - Name 2 - Mailing address 3 - Vehicle License Plate Info - State and Number of plate for ALL vehicles in your party. 4 - Confirmation you will abide by their rules of conduct. Information to access the house will be given once the guest has provided the above 4 items. Guests will be given a trash pass and will be responsible for disposing all trash properly at the community trash center (less than a minute away!) Please do NOT store any trash outside the house due to active wildlife in the area. No Illegal dumping. Renter will be held fully responsible for any fines imposed by the association due to improper disposal of trash. STRICTLY ENFORCED - No Fireworks. No wood burning fire pits. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Violation of this policy will result in excessive fines that guest will be fully responsible for. Smoking is allowed in the front and back porch so long as butts are disposed of properly. Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed. Thank you for your understanding. Amenities are now opened starting Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Hours are 11am-6pm. There is absolutely NO Eating, NO Drinking, NO Moving and NO Sitting on the Pool Table located in the game room upstairs. Any damaged caused by careless negligence will result in additional fee. Before checking out, guests are responsible for cleaning all the dirty dishes and putting dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty dishes, cups, utensils left anywhere around the house will result in an additional fee. Also, before checking out, we kindly asks guests to pull all bed linens off and place them in the laundry room.
