The space Sky Cottage presents: * Private access with parking for two cars * Keypad access to the cottage * Two bedrooms with decadent queen beds * Wrap-around verandah with French Doors to bedrooms and lounge area * A modern kitchen with new appliances, including dishwasher and gas stove * A Weber BBQ for outdoor cooking * A pristine bathroom with heated towel racks * Bluetooth speaker with music-loaded iPod mini * Free unlimited Wi-Fi * Smart 4K television loaded with Netflix, Stan, YouTube, ABC iView, SBS On Demand, and more. * Please note that WE DO NOT HAVE free-to-air stations. 7,9,10. However, we have strict total occupancy limits of up to, two guests only. Only 2 guests on the property at any time. This is non-negotiable. Guest access The entire cottage is yours. Other things to note Sky Cottage is offered to guests seeking a quiet, peaceful, low-key, low-impact getaway. *Our standard nightly rate is for the entire cottage use of up to 2 registered guests. We accommodate 2 guests maximum. * Our property is not at all child-safe or suitable for young, mobile infants/toddlers * All guest bookings must be made by the guests staying, ie no third-party bookings. * No EV charging - no exceptions. *My husband and I live in a larger home 55 metres away from Sky Cottage on the same 10-acre property. Occasionally, you may see us wandering around gardening. If so, give us a wave! : ) We observe your seclusion whilst staying with us thus all garden maintenance around Sky Cottage's half-acre garden is maintained between guests. As we have regeneration planting everywhere, we request that guests do not wander around the rest of the property. Even though we are rural, we are not remote. Our property runs beside a country road -where you may hear the occasional vehicle -with easy access to Tyalgum Village, an 8-minute easy walk or 1-minute drive.
