A comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property located close to the centre of Arinsal village. Offering tranquility and breathtaking mountain views, Arinsal village offers a large variety of buzzing apres ski bars and restaurants. The space This uniquely furnished apartment is a lovely relaxed home, with comfortable sofas in the lounge, a great balcony with stunning views, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and showers like standing under a waterfall. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Tea bags, cafetière, salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc all included so you only need to buy your main ingredients (and bring your own coffee). Large fridge freezer, double sink, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hobs. Iron and ironing board in the coat cupboard by the front door. There is a TV, linked to wifi, with many UK & European channels. There is a NAD amplifier which has a CD player attached and an AUX port connected cable with an IPhone/IPad jack plug for music or internet radio playback. Guest access There is a secure garage in the basement floor of the apartment block with a dedicated parking place and electric gates which you have keys to. There is an elevator in the building that runs from the car park to the top floor and stairs if you prefer the keep fit option. Other things to note There is a welcome folder in the apartment with suggestions for restaurants and other useful information. The water supply to the apartment blocks comes from the mountains and is perfectly safe to drink and use for cooking and washing, however it contains a naturally occurring high incident of iron oxide, so can be discoloured usually when the taps are first run after not being used for a while. You may wish to use bottled water for your drinking water.
