Stone Mas with stunning views

Stunning stone Mas set in the hills between the 2 beautiful hilltop villages of Seillans and Bargemon both under a 10 minute drive. It is very secluded and has stunning views over the surrounding countryside. There is a heated swimming pool with terrace, pool house and plenty of sun loungers. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house , pool and gardens. Other things to note The Heated pool is open from May to October and is fenced as per French regulations There is a lovely lawned area which again is enclosed and so safe for the children. There is a dining table which seats up to 10 and a Weber gas BBQ. In front of the house is a gravel area where we play informal boules, and a very large swing seat which seats up to 4. Perfect for cocktails in the evening to enjoy the view! Outside the kitchen door there is a small enclosed patio which the children enjoy playing in. The property is situated in 2.5 acres of its own land and has direct access to some lovely hikes. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Lac de st Cassien is within 30 minutes, the coast is under an hour and the world famous Gorge du Verdon is under an hour. There are several golf courses nearby (2 champion courses within 30 mins). The cycling is amazing although very hilly! We are 650 metres high so you always have to finish coming up the hill, and there are several tough climbs nearby. There are several restaurants in the surrounding area ranging from Michelin starred to cheap and cheerful. Please note that is the property is rural and Broadband can be limited we do have Satellite Broadband which is the best we can get but atmospheric conditions and number of devices being used can affect this. There is UK Television only at the property. Please note during the peak summer months of June, July, August and September we can only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.
