It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset with the sun setting down into the crystal clear waters of Salina. A large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture surrounds the house. It is located on the slopes of Monte Porri and the area is very cool and quiet, the sea is about 800 meters away. Ideal for those who want to stay in total relaxation. The space Villa Pollara Est is a panoramic house located in the picturesque bay of Pollara. It offers a beautiful view of the sea with the sun setting into the crystal clear waters of Salina. Behind it is Monte Porri, home of the Queen's Falcon. Surrounded by a large terrace, the Villa offers a relaxing garden/solarium to enjoy the sea breeze and admire a breathtaking sunset. A gazebo with barbecue area enriches the outdoor space. Inside you will find: a large kitchen/living room, equipped with a relaxation corner with TV and double sofa/bed; typical Aeolian kitchen, equipped with 4 burner hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and carefully restored ancient ovens. a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and window; a second double bedroom; another bathroom with shower and window. Pollara is a small hamlet in the municipality of Malfa, famous for its breathtaking sunsets over the sea. The area is very cool and quiet, the sea is about 800 meters away “The Balate” are volcanic rocks that immerse themselves in the water. Here you can swim and the water is always clean and pleasant. A few steps from the house there are two restaurants "Il Cappero" and "Il Postino". Pollara is also known for being the location of Massimo Troisi's 1994 film “Il Postino”. The nearest main center is Malfa, about 6 km away which offers various services such as supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, car/scooter rentals. The bus stop is just 100 meters from the house, in front of the Church of Sant'Onofrio. Next to the house, with independent access, there is "Villa Pollara Ovest", the two houses share the parking lot, the laundry room and the back courtyard but entrances and terraces are completely independent and guarantee total privacy. To easily reach the area we recommend renting a car/scooter.
