Location: A beachfront bungalow right in front of Rizal beach with private access Work: Study table with AirBnB Wifi rated speed 250+ Mbps Stay: Two queen sized beds, ensuite bath Sleeps 4 people (up to 6 with fee using floor mattresses) This is a lovely bungalow where families/friends can create memories in a private place along a 5 kms stretch of beach. There's an adjacent cottage perfect for large gatherings and barbeques. The space The Family Room has two queen-sized beds that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests (a floor mattress can be added to accommodate up to 6 guests) . There is an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate modern toilet, shower room and outdoor shower areas adjacent to the house. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooking range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, cookware, flatware and tableware. Parking for up to 4 cars is available within the premises. Guest access Access is through the front gate found along the main road (near the Church) and the main door of the house. Front and side yard has space for parking 5 cars. Guests can access all areas - dining, kitchen and living rooms, the separate cottage and barbecue area, front and back yard with a private beach front access when the Family Room is booked (i.e. guest have exclusive use of the house and all amenities.)
