The space The apartment is located at the corner of the building, so both bedrooms have windows and beautiful views, and both bathrooms are equipped with air vents. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic enities for cooking. The living room features a large 58-inch smart TV. The spacious balcony offers panoramic views of the city, My Khe Beach, the Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain), and the horizon. The location is just steps from the beautiful beach and very close to the vibrant An Thuong area, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars serving fantastic food. This area is extremely safe, even if you are traveling alone. Please note that there may be occasional noise from surrounding entertainment venues or nearby construction, similar to most coastal cities in Vietnam. For the exact location, search for Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel, the residential tower is right behind/next to it. Guest access You will be able to access the entire apartment and i'd like you to feel comfortable just like your home. Except for the private lockers, which were locked. Other things to note * According to Vietnamese laws and regulations of the building, it is required to register for overnight guests. So I will take a photo of the main passport page, visa page/entry stamp of every single guest at check-in to send it to the local police. * There is no swimming pool or gym in the building but you can go to nearby hotels with pools and enjoy their pool and bar services for the price of one drink. The nearest gym is 350m away.
