The duplex cottage is in the land area of more than 4000 square meter. The size of each room is 25 square meter. It has several trees outside which give a chill feeling of relaxation. There's a Gazebo to dine or smoke. Kitchen is free of use. Very quiet place. One minute to the beach, Evolution, Exotic dive shops & 10 minutes max to other diveshop resorts. Market & Mr Kwiiz restaurant are very close with free of charge food delivery. Caretaker is always around whenever you seek help. The space Place is great to relax with very good facilities. Its aircondtioned, hot &cold shower, free kitchen use, free wifi and we are just next to Evolution diveshop. Place is magically located that you wont hear a rooster sounds in the morning, very important for a good sleep. It's easy 4minutes walk to Market, 10minutes max to other resorts, diveshops and Mr.Kwiiz restaurant just next to us that offers food at very affordable yet delicious with free charge food delivery. We can arrange transportation, tour trips, scuba diving, food, laundry, massage, bike rent and more. Other things to note Other inquiries you may book to us. In Maya port, you have to pay an environmental fee of P75 for Filipinos and P120 for foreigners plus P20 for terminal fee. Pumpboat special trip is P2000 Maya(mainland) to Malapascua or vice versa for 10pax or less. Additional 200 for extra person. Trip to Kalanggaman for joiners is P1500 per head with meal. Kalanggaman has entrance fee of P300 for Filipinos and P1000 for foreigners. Malapascua Island tour is P2000 for 10pax or less for 3hours. Additional person is P200 per head. A P50 sanctuary fee (one time only) will be collected by the Bantay Dagat on site. You can also rent snorkeling mask for P100. For land transportation, Cebu to Maya or vice versa Van P4500 for 14pax, 3800 for 10pax and Car 2-4 P3500. Furthermore, we can arrange tour like pick up from Malapascua going to Carnaza Island, Kalanggaman Island, Bantayan Island, Virgin Island and more, or Pick up from Bantayan Island to Malapascua Island to Kalanggaman to other islands.
