Private Entry Guest Suite in Beautiful Boulder

Impeccable garden level guest suite with private exterior door; it's all yours. Restful, comfortable, quiet and perfect for your stay. Come and go as you please with the keypad door lock. Centrally located to get to destinations in the state. Enjoy Boulder and all that it has to offer. We are licensed for short term rentals in the City of Boulder. The space This is a private apartment on the garden level (basement) of our home. Hardwood floors throughout with tile in bathroom. Open floorplan with a large living room including a sofa, two side chairs and TV; a dining room with a table and four chairs that also work for your workspace. One bedroom with a queen size bed, a bench for your luggage, two nightstands with drawers for you to unpack and get comfy, hooks with hangers and a full length mirror. The space offers a "wet bar" with a coffee pot, electric kettle, coffee, tea and other beverages. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a blow-dryer, towels, iron and an ironing board. There is cable TV, Apple TV, DVD player and free wireless. For hygienic reasons we require that no one sleep on the sofa. If you do, it is necessary we clean the sofa and, although we can get it cleaned, it will not have enough time to dry for the next guest. We have an air bed for an additional $30. We keep the house temperature at 69 degrees in the winter and 74 degrees in the summer. Please plan accordingly. Guest access You have access to the entire guest suite. In addition we have a front patio with two chairs and a table for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Enjoy our beautiful Colorado days! Since this is a garden level guest suite (it's in our basement) there is a stairway outside to get to the guest suite. Other things to note Verizon customers: Verizon provides a very poor signal in our area. Some guests have experienced lack of cell service here. No pets, sorry! We are being sensitive to our guests with allergies. For the same reason there is no smoking on the property.
