To take in all the beauty and views of Cedar Creek Lake, the cottage features floor-to-ceiling windows with electronic shades that can be adjusted to add privacy. The 450 sq. ft. cottage features custom furnishings and original artwork. The Bluebird includes a queen-sized adjustable bed, a modern kitchenette with a Sub-Zero mini-fridge w/icemaker, Keurig, microwave, and glassware, flatware & dishes. It does NOT have a stove or oven. The modern bathroom features an open concept, marble-tiled shower, storage, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush Turkish Towels. The cottage also has a 40" flat-screen smart tv, wifi (currently updated to faster speeds), bedside charging stations, and a level 2 charger for electric vehicles. Additional seating on your private patio with an easy-to-use fire feature! Cottages are supplied w/ a welcome snack basket, spiked seltzer, & complimentary wine for reservations of two nights or more! Additional add-ons are available directly through your host! Common Areas include a lakeside gas fire pit with seating for 8, two hammocks, a Pickleball court with seating, outdoor dining for eight beneath lighted oaks, horseshoe pit, putting green, multiple lakeside seating areas, two large decks, wood fire pit, lighted dock, two paddleboards, disc golf, jacuzzi, and pool. *Sunrise Point at Cedar Creek Lake is also a wedding venue. There could be times tours are happening on the property, but they should not interrupt your stay here. *Scheduled weekly maintenance As a guest at Sunrise Point, you can explore the three acres freely. The property features two common area fire pits w/seating, outdoor dining, two large decks, dock, horseshoe, putting green, large pool with jacuzzi, two paddleboards, disc golf, Pickleball court, three kayaks and lake access. During your stay, your first contact is General Manager, Casey Lee. The property owners, Annie & Sue will also be onsite during your stay if there is an emergency or an immediate need. Sunrise Point is located 5 minutes from Malakoff on its own private peninsula. There are no direct neighbors to Sunrise Point, however, you will have to drive through a neighborhood to reach SRP. When using your GPS, please try to avoid using County Road 1704 (unless you like bumpy :) ). Sunrise Point is on its own private property but guests are welcome to walk the neighboring residential area. All guests must be registered with the host with direct mailing address, phone number and email address. Please provide AFTER the reservation is confirmed. A signed rental agreement and liability waiver must be on file prior to arrival!
