Half-timbered house: stay in the countryside

Rooms and apartment are in an old half-timbered house from 1850. Through the balcony, the many windows, exposed beams and enlargement of the rooms, they are very spacious and bright: there is always an undisturbed place. The furnishings are comfortable and cozy, the beds new and comfortable. Everywhere: Wi-Fi and internet. Lounge: TV. In the village, there are very good shopping facilities. Many leisure activities start at your doorstep - it's just beautiful and close to the Harz Mountains! The space The half-timbered house is old and has a special charisma. There are balconies, a large garden with pond, tall trees and cozy seating. The quiet location at the end of the street surrounded by gardens makes it an oasis. 2nd floor: The large lounge is in the newly designed gable: many windows offer views of the treetops, courtyard and garden, over the village into the sky! Sunrises and sunsets, clouds and stars are free! They can be seen partly through the skylights from the beds. In the lounge there are 2 sofas for 3 people, 1 armchair, 3 wicker armchairs, 3 chairs, w tables, 1 large TV. On a recessed plateau there is a bed. It is connected to a large room: here, too, a plateau with a window is built into the pointed gable. It can accommodate 2 beds. In the main part of the room there are 4 single beds, which are put together to form 2 double beds or 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. 2nd floor: Here you will find the bathroom, kitchen, balcony and the 2nd lockable room. The room has 3 beds, which are provided both as single beds and as 1 double and 1 single bed - as you need it. The room is also large, bright, with exposed beams. It has a writing desk by the window, armchair, wicker chair, table. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. Another guest toilet is on the ground floor. Towels are available. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, stove, fridge-freezer combination are a given, as are toasters, kettles or coffee makers. The extendable table can accommodate 5-8 people. The balcony adjoins. It is 2.50 m wide and 8 m long: you can enjoy it, eat outside, live, have fun! The areas described are for our guests! You can see a lot in the photos. Guest access Hello! The lounge, kitchen, bathroom and balcony can be used by all guests. Areas can also be enjoyed in the yard and garden (by appointment). Washer and dryer are accessible at all times, as is the storage room for luggage and bicycles / motorcycles. The use is by arrangement - it has always worked out well! During your stay I am happy to be there for the guests - if I have time :)! In any case, I answer questions, for example, about special requests, tourist destinations or shopping facilities.
