Located in Kallitero area, Green Stone Villas - Apartments offer you easy access both to Zante town and to the great beaches and vibrant areas of Kalamaki & Laganas. These newly built apartments have ample outdoor space and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The space This listing is for three apartments: - 2 first floor two-bedroom apartments ('Serenity' & 'Fortune'), which can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests (each one can accommodate up to 6 guests) and - 1 ground floor one-bedroom apartment ('Elegant' or 'Euphoria', whichever is available), which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The whole two floor property consists of 4 individual and completely private apartments (two one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and two two-bedroom apartments on the first floor). This first floor apartments ('Serenity' & 'Fortune') can each comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, as following: 1st Bedroom: one double bed 2nd bedroom: two single beds, which can be placed either one next to each other or as a bunk bed. Living room: a double sofa bed The ground floor apartments ('Elegant' or 'Euphoria', whichever is available) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, as following: 1st Bedroom: one double bed Living room: a double sofa bed A baby cot can be placed on one of the apartments upon request. Guest access All the apartments are equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Fly screens on all windows/doors • TVs • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels An ample outdoor garden (shared among the guests of all 4 apartments) with plenty of space for kids to play and outdoor seating areas are also available. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time mean: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
