Charming cottage: "La grange au lac Azur"

Charming 45 m2 cottage completely renovated, all comfort, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4-star rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little). The space The accommodation (45 m2 in total, excluding terraces), includes a living room/kitchen (with among other things: washer-dryer, dishwasher, combined microwave, Senseo coffee machine etc.), a master bedroom (1 double bed) with a bathroom + a large mezzanine serving as a second bedroom (1 single bed). Air conditioning in the living room. The gîte gives access to 2 private terraces: a small sunny terrace and a large covered terrace. The garden is accessible and offers a dining area (barbecue possible on request) and deckchairs available. We provide: sheets (beds made), towels, household products, various consumables (oil, vinegar, sugar, spices). Possibility to take an end-of-stay "cleaning package" (additional 40 euros). Check-in will be from 4 p.m. (possibility of 2 p.m. if agreed in advance) and check-out before 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. (depending on the cleaning option chosen), but luggage can be dropped off safely in the meantime safely. The cottage is rated 4* for 2 people by the Tourist Office. NB: we live on site... we will welcome you with great pleasure, but a self check-in is possible in case of absence or late arrival. Guest access Outdoor table (5 people) in shared space. Deckchairs available. A bakery is a 5-minute drive away. A supermarket within 10 minutes drive. From May to October: several snack bars and restaurants near the lake. Out of season, there are a few restaurants 10 minutes away (in Monestier de Clermont) Other things to note Access to the cottage and mezzanine is via stairs, which can be tricky in case of reduced mobility. Respect for the premises and the calm of the villagers, especially after 10 p.m. No parties (we live there). The room is "non-smoking", but the garden can be. Any additional person must be declared.
