Comfortable private room in our house, with self check-in for added freedom. Secure parking with video surveillance, located in a large garden. Shops and amenities within a 5-minute walk (restaurants, bakery, butcher, etc.). Downtown Saint-Dizier is only a 10-minute walk away. Lake Der is about a 20-minute drive away. The space Spacious 30 m² bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and sofa bed, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult. En-suite bathroom with toilet and large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing time for two. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer are provided. Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and air conditioning for optimal comfort. A shared kitchenette is available for your use, including coffee and tea. Guest access Secure parking in the house's courtyard with access via a gate (code provided on the day of your arrival). To make your stay easier, we offer a shuttle service between Saint-Dizier train station and the property, upon request.
