Carmichael Farmhouse - Between Dundee and Perth

A stunning and comfortable, detached farmhouse set at the heart of a Scottish berry, cattle and arable farm, close to Dundee and Perth. Sleeps 8 adults, 2 kids and up to 3 dogs. We are family friendly & dog friendly. There is a separate toyroom & dog room in the farmhouse. We have a large enclosed garden with decking area, furniture,swings, large sandpit area, BBQ and ping pong shed. There is plenty space for kids and dogs to run around. Fantastic home to gather together family & friends. The space We have 2 King bedrooms with ensuite showerrooms, a twin bedroom with 2 double beds that can work as a family room, a twin bedroom with single beds and a toyroom/double sofa bed room that can share a family bathroom with shower, roll top bath and twin sinks. There are 2 further toilets downstairs, one at the front door and one at the back door. For accessibility one of the master ensuite bedrooms is downstairs and the ensuite has an accessible sink, shower stool and a grab rail. The fully fitted kitchen has all that you need to prepare lovely family meals including a large hob, double electric oven, larder fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The large farmhouse table seats 8 adults and there is a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen bay window is the perfect place to relax and watch the birds at the feeders or the cattle grazing in the fields nearby. Wifi and Sky TV multiroom in the living room and the toyroom are included in the price as are DVD players with a good selection of DVDs for families. The living room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends in front of the wood burning stove (logs and kindling provided) and play boards games provided or watch some TV. The dedicated dog room is cosy and has plenty of space for dog beds (provided on request) and a gate that fixes over to keep dogs safe overnight. There is a purpose built stairgate fitted at the bottom of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. The garden is large and fully enclosed. There is a BBQ with seating next to the house and a lovely decking area built out into the garden with dining table and an outdoor sofa area so that you can enjoy eating alfresco. BBQ provided. There is plenty of room for dogs and kids to play in the garden with a play fort with slide, large enclosed sandpit, swings and a ping pong shed. There is private parking for up to 4 cars at Carmichael Farmhouse. For easy access, there is a ramp from the car park for wheelchairs and buggies. There is ample storage for prams, golf clubs and bikes at the Farmhouse. Sorry but we do not allow camper vans, tents in the garden, parties or groups of school kids or school leavers unsupervised. Guest access Carmichael Farmhouse is a large detached farmhouse and has a large, private enclosed garden with seating and swings and a large enclosed sandpit for kids. It has private parking for up to 4 cars. It has a games room in The Old Stable in the garden which houses a ping pong table, chalkboards and a wendy house for kids. There are 2 large decking accessible decking areas with seating in the garden. Other things to note Carmichael Farmhouse is set at the steading of a busy working farm. There is farm machinery working during the day and at the weekends during the berry picking season and at harvest time. Children and dogs must be supervised and under control at all times. Do not enter fields with livestock. Take extra care when walking on farm roads. Please avoid the farm steading and areas where farm machinery is working. Take extra care while walking on farm roads.
