Rental unit in Paris

My 43 m² apartment is very close to Gare du Nord, between the Canal Saint-Martin, Montmartre and Gare de l'Est. On a street with many shops but very quiet at night, it is 2 minutes from many transports. A separate bedroom, an open kitchen and everything you need to be comfortable in the heart of Paris. The space My apartment is in a clean and maintained Haussmann building. Newly renovated, it retains the charm of the old with period parquet flooring in a more modern setting. The entrance hallway leads into the very bright main room: the living room – dining room. It is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table and dining table for 4 to 6 people. The open equipped kitchen overlooks the living room. The bedroom is separate and has a large double bed and leaves room for suitcases. The hallway also leads to a shower room with sink and separate toilet. Guest access The entire property will be accessible with the exception of the dressing room which will be closed (as it is my personal apartment, my belongings are stored there). Check-in times can be flexible depending on bookings. I try to welcome my guests in person and show them the apartment as much as possible, but self check-in is possible (the main door of the building can be opened remotely). The apartment located on the 3rd floor is accessible by elevator (depth 46-48.5 cm, door width 70 cm) but does not allow access to wheelchairs. Other things to note In the neighborhood you will find many local shops with an excellent bakery at the end of the street, a G20 supermarket in the middle of the street and many Indian shops and restaurants. For transport, the Gare du Nord is a 5-minute walk and allows you to reach the city center (Châtelet-Les Halles) in 5 minutes by RER B or D. Here you'll also find metro lines 4, 5, Thalys, Eurostar... Metro lines 2, 7 and 7bis are also close and can just as easily drop you off in less than 5 minutes at the wonderful Parc des Buttes Chaumont or Montmartre. Registration Details 7511000264679
