It is on the ground floor with 2 terraces, 1 entering and the other crossing, it overlooks a garden area, soccer field, swimming pool, playground, you can go out to eat/dine with tables and chairs and nobody bothers you. It is very nice, the house has floor to ceiling windows with lots of light, if they are opened together with the entrance door to the house, a very nice breeze blows. It has private community parking at the door and garage. The space It's perfect for disconnecting from the routine and enjoying the tranquility. Since the residential complex is closed and it is a ground floor, it is very good for families with children because they can be watched from the house.
