You’ve found it, Pinedale’s crown jewel property! Absolutely Beautiful 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Home on 40+ Acres, with 2 Fishing Ponds and a River (Pine Creek) running right behind the house! This property is stunning and has so much to offer. Great Fishing in Pine Creek right behind the house, or fish in one of the 2 ponds in front of the house. Paddle boarding and kayaks are available for the pond as well! Game room, full kitchen and dining room. Completely remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. The space This large property is located in an absolutely beautiful valley where Pine Creek flows directly behind the house, and you are still 7 minutes from downtown Pinedale. Easy access to hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, water skiing/boating, backcountry horseback riding, and an easy 15 min drive to White Pine Ski Resort in the Winter for great family fun. You will often see wildlife throughout the property including moose, elk, mule deer and antelope. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and the attached 2-car garage. Guests will not have access to the barn/shop that is located west of the house. In the summer, the pond in front of the house is available for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and fishing. Use of the pond is at your own risk. Please be very careful, especially with small children around the ponds and river. No one other than registered guests are allowed on the property. Other things to note Internet is provided through Starlink satellite service. We’ve had no issues with reliability or speed, however trying to stream movies/tv on 3+ devices may not work properly. The home has different levels/landings in the living room and game room. There are two steps down into the living room, and one step up from the living room into the game room. Please be aware of these different levels and aware of where the steps are at to prevent falls. We do not allow other guests at the property, other than the guests that are registered with Airbnb when you made your reservations. We do not allow firearms to be fired anywhere on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited in Sublette County. We do not allow outdoor fires in any other areas other than the fire pit in the backyard by Pine Creek. Please notify us via text message prior to having an outdoor fire. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot allow pets on the property.
