You’ve found it, Pinedale’s crown jewel property! Absolutely Beautiful 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Home on 40+ Acres, with 2 Fishing Ponds and a River (Pine Creek) running right behind the house! This property is stunning and has so much to offer. Great Fishing in Pine Creek right behind the house, or fish in one of the 2 ponds in front of the house. Paddle boarding and kayaks are available for the pond as well! Game room, full kitchen and dining room. Completely remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. This large property is located in an absolutely beautiful valley where Pine Creek flows directly behind the house, and you are still 7 minutes from downtown Pinedale. Easy access to hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, water skiing/boating, backcountry horseback riding, and an easy 15 min drive to White Pine Ski Resort in the Winter for great family fun. You will often see wildlife throughout the property including moose, elk, mule deer and antelope. Guests will have access to the entire house and the attached 2-car garage. Guests will not have access to the barn/shop that is located west of the house. In the summer, the pond in front of the house is available for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and fishing. Use of the pond is at your own risk. Please be very careful, especially with small children around the ponds and river. No one other than registered guests are allowed on the property. Property manager is always available via cell phone during and prior to your stay. Property manager is close to property, and can be available onsite if necessary. Feel free to ask any questions. They also may be present from time to time on the property, to control our field irrigation and clean the fish screens for the pond. Don't be alarmed if you see our property manager on the property on his four wheeler or walking. Pinedale Wyoming has countless opportunities for incredible outdoor adventures. The Wind River Mountain Range offers world class hiking opportunities. Fremont Lake and Half Moon Lake are minutes away with excellent boating and fishing in breathtaking surroundings. Many outdoor hiking and biking trails in the summer. In the winter, White Pine Ski Resort has great family snow skiing, snowboarding, a tubing/sledding hill, and cross-country skiing tracks. Horse Creek and Green River Lakes are both within 30 minutes of Pinedale and offer incredible snowmobiling backcountry. There is no public transportation in Pinedale. There is easy access to a bike path and walking trails just south of the property. This path runs all the way from Downtown Pinedale to Fremont Lake. Regarding Internet Speed: The internet available to us in this area of Pinedale is satellite based, and not very fast. It is great for basic work like emailing, googling information, accessing most websites, etc. But it is not great for streaming TV and Movies. We do have WiFi throughout the house, but please be aware that the speed is not reliable for video streaming. We do not allow other guests at the property, other than the guests that are registered with Airbnb when you made your reservations. We do not allow firearms to be fired anywhere on the property. We do not allow outdoor fires other than in the metal portable fire pit. Please notify us via text message prior to having an outdoor fire. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot allow pets on the property.
