A large terrace with a barbecue area in front of the entrance, overlooking the valley, leads into the living/dining room of this very comfortable, fully renovated 45 m² cottage. Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hobs , fridge with Freezer, electric oven, ...). One  bedroom  equipped with 160x200 beds + umbrella bed (baby kit). Sitting area with 140x190 sofa bed . Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat screen TV with TNT and WiFi. And a parking space. The space In the heart of a natural and preserved environment, our hillside house is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. At an altitude of 450 m, this sublime setting encourages you to relax and contemplate. In summer, we go swimming in the local river, La Salindre (900 m from the accommodation) and relax in the shade of chestnut trees while contemplating the panorama. When the evenings are cool or mid-season, our wood-burning stove warms the modern and authentic atmosphere. - Solarium area and common pool open from June 1st to September 15th. Options: -baby kit (baby bed, changing mat, bathtub, high chair) €4/day (subject to availability). Guest access The entire property with the terrace, garden and shared pool (June to mid-September) and a parking space in the shared car park.  Our canine friends are accepted (except 1st and 2nd category) Other things to note Included in the price: - sheets or duvet set - pillow covers - and hand towel (one large per person) + a bath mat - dish towels and dish soap - toilet paper   Cleaning remains the responsibility of the tenants or is charged at €50 if you do not wish to do it (to be paid on-site on the day of departure). - Following numerous abuses and to avoid any last-minute problems, any additional person without prior agreement will be refused. - late check-in possible with prior agreement with a supplement of €15 for check-ins from 9pm to midnight, no check-in possible after midnight.
