Soak up the spacious modern home in the heart of the 7 acres organically grown garden/farm land. The owner comes from an interior design background & UTOPAI was created with a vision of designing a modern ethical living space in harmony with nature. You will stay in a space which provides modern day comforts where we have landscaped & harvested; tropical flowers, herbs, medicinal plants, fruit trees, vegetables. Surrounded by variety of wild local birds, natural stone boulders. The space This is the same house as the Stone garden home, but only on the ground floor level, an ideal retreat space for, artists, writers or anyone looking for a tranquil space to disconnect from city life or a romantic getaway. Our house ideally built for our friends and family, and the owner lives in another dwelling nearby on the same property so any issues or maintenance needs will be taken care of promptly. The accommodation is a bright modern open layout with lots of different areas to relax inside or outside, surrounding with a large stones and the sound of a running creek between April thru December. We strive to provide all the amenities you need for the perfect stay. Guest access From the main gate of the property, you have access through a paved road which will lead to a private parking area and entrance to the house. Your welcome to explore the gardens around UTOPAI. You will have a free access for the swimming pool. Other things to note Our water comes from our private filterd spring which has high alkalinity from the land. You will have access to our fresh spring drinking water directly from a dedicated tab at the kitchen faucet, to shower with and our salted pool. We are able to organise the following for you with enough notice; *Extra bed/sofa bed set up with extra blankets, bedsheet, pillows; 500฿/ bed/night (included once pay for an extra guest of 500฿/night/person when exceeding limit of 4 ppl.) 300฿/bed/night for children under 13 years old. We can only provide the extra 2 sofa beds in the house, one for upstair room , and one for living room. Please request in advance for the preparation. Unauthorised guests are prohibited by Abnb and are subject to a surcharge. *All in one brand new full size multi functional baby bassinet swingable bedside sleeper, 3 adjustable levels, full size play yard, rotatable toys with music, mosquito net, diaper changer, moving wheels & organizer/storage from newborn to toddles; 150฿/crib/night, 800฿/week. Massage; *Deep Tissue massage oil; 450฿/hour, 650฿/1.5 hour (highly recommend for a full body experience.) +100฿ extra for cannabis oil (highly recommend for pain relief) • Thai/stretching massage; 1 hour/350฿,, 500฿/1.5 hour/highly recommend for muscle soreness. Hours; 9:30AM-8:30PM (Session finish by 10:30pm). * Laundry/Ironing service: price upon request. * House Cleaning service: 200฿/hour, minimum of 2 hrs *Event/gathering with an unregistered guests at the pool house area; Please request & inform us in advance, there are fees for using the pool house area depending on circumstances, eg. sauna operation, etc. *Food delivery; we can arrange food pick up from any restaurants in town. Day time delivery: 70฿/trip, After datk; 120฿/trip. ***For guests staying a month/over 28 days or more ( 10% discount rates), electricity (6฿/unit) will be excluded. Water and gas bill is free of charge. Some personal daily use items are not provided; toiletries, cooking sauces, coffee and cleaning agents.
