Modern apartment on Main Pedestrian street

My apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, on the High street. Great location for exploring all the historical places on foot and immerse in the local culture of the Art quarter just across the street! It will suit well couples, families as well as business travelers. It is furnished with everything you need for short or long stay. I hope, during your stay you will find everything you need to feel home. The space The apartment is on the fourth floor of a block of flats (no lift). It consists of living room, double bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom and a balcony, where you can have your coffee and drinks al-fresco. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons: refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two LED TV sets with plenty of channels to choose from: English, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Greece… one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The size of the double bed is 160/200 cm with comfortable mattress. The sofa in the living room can be extended, which provides sleeping space of 140/200cm. A topper is also available for more sleeping comfort. There will be complimentary coffee and tea, some essential products like sugar, salt, olive oil, spices, dish washer tablets, washing powder. Other things to note Smoking only on the balcony. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. I would like to kindly ask you to take your shoes off when walking around my apartment.
