Ambassador Suites, Compact studio with balcony, I2

Very popular compact 28 sqm (201 sqft) studio with 4 sqm balcony comes with: Split aircon and ceiling fan. 200+ Mbit/s fast fibre internet with Gigabit router in the suite. 55 inch LED TV with Netflix and HD cable channels. Combination safe in the wardrobe. 20 meter lap pool with Jacuzzi. Twice weekly cleaning and change of Sheets and Towels. Daily cleaning available (additional charge). Suite I2 is on the first floor and we have NO elevator. We have 24/7 security guards. The space Menus from restaurants that deliver are in the suite. Please observe that the kitchenette in suite I2 has no sink. But there is a refrigerator, an induction hob, a microwave, a toaster, a rice cooker, kettle, kitchen utensils and silverware. If you want to use a sink, you will have to use one of the two sinks in the bathroom. We have a Blender and a Coffee Brewer for you to borrow from the office, should you need one. You can do breakfast and some basic cooking, but if you want to have a full kitchen, suite I2 is not for you. One more thing, there is no dining area inside suite I2. But we have a table out on the balcony. It's an excellent location to have a cosy breakfast or dinner, looking out over the pool. Please book one of our other suites if you don't want to eat on the balcony. The bathroom has a "filipino bidet" and is equipped with a hairdryer. Iron, ironing board and a clothes drying rack is available on request, all from the girls in the office We have car parks, with CCTV, on both side of our building. Unfortunately, you can't book parking space. Its on a first come, first to park but that is normally no problems. There is also free street parking. Other things to note No smoking inside the Ambassador Suites. But you may smoke on the balcony. The swimming pool is for our in-house guests use only. Not for outside guests. Swimming in the pool also requires wearing proper swimming attire. No t-shirts. T-shirts and cotton clothes absorbs the chemicals that keep the pool healthy and they sometimes clog the filter. Please also note that we have no backup generator to use if there is a power outage.
