We welcome you to this completely refurbished and fully equipped former workshop for a completely independent stay in Châteaubriant. Very bright, this ground floor accommodation facing a large garden will allow you to enjoy it on sunny days and stay in peace in Châteaubriant... Cyclists, a courtyard and a garage are available The space The accommodation will allow you to stay independently with: - its own equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove, mini-oven, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, dishes and kitchenware) - its own bathroom with shower - linens and towels (included) - its bedroom with 140 bed - Wi-Fi On sunny days, you can enjoy the garden thanks to... - a garden table and chairs and an umbrella, - deckchairs and sun loungers - a BBQ grill. Guest access Depending on the day and your arrival time, the keys will be handed over either in person or independently using a key box. - Check-in at the apartment is possible from 4pm. - On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 12 p.m. at the latest, after cleaning. If you are staying with several people (with a colleague, a couple of friends, older children), we have an adjoining accommodation: the Jardin des Faubourgs studio! Feel free to check its availability on the same dates. Are you more than 6? Our neighbors also have a 6-bedroom nightly rental. With our 4 spaces, we can accommodate 10 of you on the same site. We have two private parking spaces (one on the side of our house and the other just across the street). Street parking is relatively easy and free.
