The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay! The space Tracy is centrally located and The Nest is a perfect place to stay! Wether you are visiting family or here for work. We take pride in our place and love to host guest who appreciate it by taking good care of it while they are with us:) Other things to note -Unit is upstairs. Please be sure you are comfortable going up and down stairs. -No Smoking on premises -Street parking only -The Nest is not setup to run a business out of especially if you have clients coming in and out. (It is setup for office work) -No additional furniture can be brought in. Thank you!
