"Strathmore" in Sandy Bay is a late Victorian 1890's circa 2 story brick home. Room 4 is a superior Bedroom offering a Queen size bed with private ensuite. Conveniently located in the Battery Point Precinct and a picturesque 15 minute stroll to Salamanca markets (on each Saturday morning) and Hobart CBD. The space Room 4 is located upstairs and consists of a queen size bed and private ensuite. It is equipped with heating, and TV / DVD appliance. A fold-out bed is available upon request. Guest access Guests enter via the Front door at 120 Sandy Bay Road, located between Quayle & Osborne Streets. Street parking is available in Quayle and Osborne streets. During your stay I'm here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I will greet you on arrival and be available to provide friendly local knowledge throughout your stay if you wish. A homely country breakfast will be provided (unless of course you prefer to make alternate arrangements). I live in a self-contained section at the back of the home away from guests. Other things to note Getting here... From Hobart International Airport you can taxi, drive or get a bus directly to the accommodation. Tea and Coffee always available in the dining room on the ground floor. Breakfast... Continental breakfast available in the kitchen dining room from 7.30 am to 8.30 am, tea and coffee will accompany your breakfast. My pet... I have a small maltese terrier cross poodle. He lives with me at the back of the home away from guests, and will not venture into guest accommodation. Registration Details Exempt: This listing falls under the 'home sharing' exemption
