This traditional slate built Lakeland home has a fantastic location above Bowness village, providing superb fell and lake views. Located next to open countryside at the start of the Dales Way, Brant Fell and Orrest Head Walks. It has ample living space for family or friends, with a modern and comfy interior. It’s only a short walk to Bowness high street and the shores of Lake Windermere. Brantfield is an excellent choice for a lovely holiday, with lots of fun and exciting activities close by. The space Set over three floors. Entrance hall leads to light yet cosy living room with large bay window, comfy furnishings and feature fireplace with woodburning stove. Well-equipped kitchen with a cosy and compact dining area by the window. Go down the stairs to find a useful area where the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found for your convenience. First floor: Master double bedroom with stunning lake views through large bay window, plus super house bathroom with shower and bath. Second floor: Two further bedrooms, double bedroom with sky light and twin bedroom. Guest access There is one designated parking space. Please note that strictly only one car (not a larger vehicle like a motorhome) can park in the space. Any other vehicles will need to park in Bowness. The house is located on a hill and therefore has an amazing view of the lake. However, guests with significant physical mobility difficulties might need to consider this. Bear in mind though that the lakes is a generally hilly place so hills and uneven surfaces should be expected.
