Fall asleep to the sound of the stream in the Isartal wooden house. There is sun in the summer until 3 pm and a small garden. Fenced in our property and yet with lots of nature and freedom. On the balcony overlooking trees and the stream, which makes its way into Lake Starnberg or in front of the house, overlooking the garden. For chickens and nature lovers, a romantic spot to cuddle and feel good. The space Romance is one of my life mottos and if you don't have the head or time for it at home, you'll get it here ;) Small kitchenette for small dishes with microwave / 2 burner stove /coffee maker are provided ! No TV, no washing machine. For longer stays, you can wash with me. Important: There is a wooden hut in the garden! If you hate spiders or crawling animals, please book an apartment and not a hut. I am writing this addition because some guests have already given a bad "cleanliness rating" due to the encounter with a spider. I would like to prevent this in the future, since a spider has nothing to do with cleanliness. Thank you very much ;) Guest access Cabin, small balcony to stream / forest Terrace with table/chairs, large sun/umbrella, two sun loungers and small garden in front of the house! Own fenced access! Other things to note A small garden, gravel terrace with large umbrella and dining area is at your disposal privately with a barbecue. Small balcony on the side to stream and trees. We also have a cute shepherd's wagon with a second double bed for another 2 people next to the cabin. My dogs will certainly bark at you here and there, that shouldn't bother you. Otherwise, you are on our well-protected fenced property between two houses, but still have absolute peace and the feeling of solitude, which is what makes a hut.
