The space Hi , We welcome you to our "Parfum d'Antan" gîte, a very nice stone house, dating from the 18th century. Located on the heights of Saint-Brandan in a place called La Lande Huel. 5 minutes from Quintin, a small town of character, and 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc. Furnished and free all year round, in a charming farmhouse with exposed beams and stones, renovated in 2011, while maintaining the authenticity of the stones and beams. Between Land and Sea, discover the quiet of the countryside and the proximity to the sea. We accept pets by prior agreement with a supplement of €30 per pet-stay, to be paid on the day of your arrival. Breakfast option on order; €15 per person.
