Villa Topaze: beach and pool

Cozy 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms including 1 en suite, terrace overlooking the common pool. The sea and the beach is about 50 meters away. The space If you are looking for a house in the north of the island in a quiet area and not too far from Grand Bay, ̈Topaze ̈ is the ideal place. The view on the northern islands is breathtaking. The villa is second position from the sea side and offers, from the terrace and the master bedroom, a beautiful view of the pool and the garden. The house is comfortable, welcoming and maintained with care. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third one a single bed. As equipment, we have flat screen TV, MyT package (french and english channels), WIFI, a dining table for 8 people. The terrace and the pool areas are the living areas. A barbecue (Weber) is at your disposal. A few minutes on the right, a little path will give you access to a white sandy beach. Guest access The house is located on a private property with 24 hrs security service at the main gate. Guests can have access to the huge common pool. Guests have also a private parking in front of the house.
