The space The house forms part of a beatifully restored Borgo (hamlet) set in 11 acres of grounds with uninterrupted views across the Umbrian countryside. Our house also has its own private gardens to the front and rear with a path leading to the large, shared swimming pool. There is also an astroturf tennis court for guests to use. The house has three bedrooms (two with king sized beds and the third with twin singles), two bathrooms and all amenities, including dishwasher, washing machine, high speed wi-fi broadband, Satellite TV with DVD and iPod docking station / speaker. The house is beautifully appointed with handmade furniture, white linen, towels for the house and pool and a lovely terrace / pergola with Weber barbecue for al fresco dining. Mosquito nets are fitted to doors and windows that may be left open in the evenings. Guest access It is available to rent as a self contained house. The nightly price quoted is during the peak period. Please enquire for up to date availability and a detailed price quote. Other things to note Please be careful around the swimming pool, particularly with small children, as it not fenced in or alarmed. Please also note there will be a £50 charge per booking to cover the registration of all guests with the authorities and police and payment of a tourist tax, all of which is now a requirement.
