Apiary Farmstead

Nestled on the edge of the Kibale Rainforest, Apiary Farmstead sits quietly off the grid among crater lakes and spectacular views. A comfortable eco-lodge for a relaxing retreat, an escape from the city or a sight-seeing tour of the volcano region. Your stay at the cottage will help support our project, Enjojo Farms: a conservation drive to reduce human-wildlife conflict and promote sustainable beekeeping practices. Taste our honey, listen to the chimps and tell stories by the campfire! The space Our headquarters is on a working farm and apiary. We use solar power and rainwater collection to reduce our impact and grow what we can for food. There is a fire pit, hammock areas and home made gym equipment. Very soon we will have a viewing deck facing Kibale Rainforest and Queen Elizabeth NP. Guest access We have a twin room on the rainforest side of the building. Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen or we can arrange meals if given notice. All common areas mentioned above. During your stay There is always someone on site, happy to help with activities suggestions or general assistance.
