Situated in a peaceful quiet lane in Prabhadevi, the heart of Mumbai. The apartment is walking distance to Starbucks, Croma, Godrej Nature's Basket, Worli Sea Face & Siddhi Vinayak Temple and also close to the Malls at Lower Parel. The space The space is a two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of 6 storey old building. The building has an elevator, security guard at all times and is under cctv surveillance. My apartment has two bedrooms, one of which I use for my private storage and shall remain closed. The room available comes with a queen size bed and a living room with a sofa along with a dining table. The room has an attached bathroom and the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and one induction stove. The apartment comes with amenities/appliances like air conditioning in both the living area as well as the bedroom, flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar etc in the living area, hot water geyser, hair dryer, induction stove, electric kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster, steam iron & ironing board and most other appliances you would need to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is not provided, you are free to cook your own. Please note that it's a vegetarian house no meat and eggs are allowed to be cooked. However you are free to order in. The apartment has complementary broadband wifi with daily housekeeping facilities. All groceries/ fruit/ provisions required by you can be home delivered (chargeable at actuals). There is no washing / laundry facility available in my apartment at the moment, however a laundry located right next to the building with whom I will happily connect you to if need be. You can directly sort out the costings with them. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, except for the one room that I keep locked and access is strictly restricted here. Other things to note This is a quiet neighbourhood so if you're looking for an apartment to host parties, this isn't it. We do not encourage visitors to come to the apartment. Please respect the neighbours. For monthly rentals - housekeeping, internet, cable and electricity are chargeable on actuals. Smoking is fine only in the living area balcony at the window. I would like to encourage guests to switch off lights, fans, hot water boiler & air conditioning when your not in the apartment. I highly believe in conserving energy, would really appreciate you doing the same.
