Private televisions in two bedrooms Home is located less than one mile from Hartwell Marina which provides launching and rental services. Property is family owned and has operated for 12 years. We know what is required to provide a remarkable stay for our guests. Home is fully furnished with linens, towels, and place settings. Coffee maker is provided. Home includes an outdoor charcoal grill and an outdoor firepit** Guest access Boat dock is available for guest use for boats and swimming. Dock may be shared with property owners. Property offers kayak boats for guest use. Other things to note Property sits on four acres of land. Property owners live in another house located on the plot; but are secluded from guests staying at The Octagon. Please note that we ask guests to notify us of any plans to bring pets at the time a reservation request is made. Pets are subject to additional fees and restrictions. While we are a pet friendly property, however, we can only accommodate one medium/large pet over 22 lbs; or up to two small pets provided both are under 22 lbs.
