A private suite awaits you in this 1924 charming vintage brick bungalow. With key-less entry and your own entrance to the basement suite, you can come and go as you please and have an entire basement suite to yourself. This comfortable space has a full private bathroom, a large living area with TV, Xbox 360, and Roku, as well as a mini refrigerator, microwave, water boiler for tea and a coffee maker for your convenience. An electric fireplace adds another touch of warmth to the ambiance. The space Located a short block away from a grocery store, multiple restaurants and bars, the essentials and more are at your fingertips. Walk the Monon trail or visit multiple shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distances. Guest access Access is provided to the fenced-in private back yard which includes a table and chairs. During your stay The private entry allows for guests to come and go independently but I am quite happy to interact with any guest who has questions or would just like to be more social. Other things to note Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Street parking does not require any permits--it is free and always available within close proximity to the house.
