With more than 200m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom s and a patio garden, it is one of the most spacious and comfortable homes you can find in our beautiful city. The house was completely renovated in 2022. On the ground floor, where you enter the house, is the access to the large living room with comfortable sitting area and large kitchen. Equipped with all possible equipment and kitchenware, you can fully enjoy yourself as a chef and enjoy eating and drinking together at the kitchen island. From the kitchen you have access to the cozy and green patio garden. On the first floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed and guest room with a spacious double bed. Here you will also find 2 fully equipped workplaces with a desk, chair, monitor and laptop stand. There is also a bathroom with both a shower and bath. You can even watch TV from the shower. From both bedrooms you have access to a balcony at both the front and the back of the house. In the basement there are 2 children's bedrooms with large single beds. Here you will also find the brand new bathroom with shower and double sink. The floor is also equipped with a TV / game room where you can enjoy the best films on a large LED screen. If you want to do your laundry during your stay, you will also find the washing machine and dryer here. The basement has enough daylight to stay comfortable, while it is always very quiet and nice and cool in the summer. The house is perfectly located for both the city and the outdoors. Within 10 minutes by bike or tram 19 you are right in the city center with all the beautiful places Amsterdam has to offer. Closer by, within walking distance, you can enjoy several parks such as the Erasmus Park, Rembrandt Park and Wester Park where there is never a dull moment. Both also offer the opportunity to walk your dog and let it run loose. With the ring road and Sloterdijk train station around the corner, it is very easy to getting there and away. A taxi will take you to Schiphol in 15 minutes, the train from door-to-door in less than 30 minutes. Even the beach is within easy reach. You can be in Zandvoort aan Zee in 30 minutes by train. If you have a car, we recommend Wijk aan Zee. The house is suitable for dogs. In addition, all TV and audio equipment is equipped with chromecast, so that you can easily stream your own films and music. Guest access You will have full access to all rooms and equipment. The only exception is a storage room in the basement. Other things to note When you leave the house, just pull the door shut behind you and lock with the safety locks.
