After quite a break, we are listing this apartment back on Airbnb. This is a two-level, 1 bedroom apartment with a full bathroom on top level. You will enter on the ground level with your unique entry code, which you will receive a day prior to your arrival. The ground level has an entrance hallway and bedroom with a queen bed. There will also be a door with a keypad that you will no have access to. You will use a spiral staircase to get to the second level (the staircase is on the narrower side; so if you think it might be an issue for anyone in your party, this might not be the Airbnb for you). The second level has the living/dining space with a kitchen. We have a smart TV that has Netflix and some local channels. A private balcony is available for you to enjoy during warm season. You will find laundry through a door by the kitchen that leads into a common hallway. It is shared with another Airbnb unit. We offer off street parking for one vehicle in the driveway but can provide a parking pass for a second vehicle to park on the street (street signs rules apply). Please let us know ahead of time, if you will have more then one car. There is a studio apartment with their own entrance above the 2nd level of the apartment that is also being rented out as an Airbnb. Both Airbnbs share the washer/dryer in the common hallway. Both Airbnb rentals are located in the back portion of 1860's Italian Villa nicknamed by the neighbors as "The Taj." SIDE NOTE: You might see this listing pop up in search results twice. One is a one bedroom listing with one bathroom and other a two bedroom listing with 2 bathrooms. We do this to increase our occupancy rate. When the apartment is booked as a one bedroom, we close off one of the bedrooms and a bathroom. When the apartment is booked as a two bedroom, guests have access to the whole unit.
