Close to downtown, beaches and TART trail (walking/ biking). Guest access You may park in the garage, however we cannot accommodate large SUV type vehicles or trucks. Parking on the street overnight is allowed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April 16- November 14. The remainder of the year parking on the street is not allowed (snow removal). If you have need for additional parking, the Olde Towne Parking Deck, 125 E. 8th St., a few minutes from the condo, offers free overnight parking on the ground level. Other things to note No smoking, pets, parties or damage deposit will be forfeited.
