Villa in VITTORIO VENETO with private pool The space Villa Casagrande is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a very special entrance that leads to a very large living room (100 square meters) with large windows and great brightness. Wooden floors and handmade antique furniture, as well as numerous carpets and paintings. Then we find a large dining room with a table for 12 people (and extendable up to 16 people) with a very special marble fireplace and antique hand-carved furniture, as well as a large carpet and various paintings. The dining room also overlooks the park. Then there is a large kitchen of 25 square meters where we also find a fireplace, a stove, 4-burner gas, dishwasher and all the accessories of a modern kitchen such as a microwave oven, blender, slicer, espresso machine and a large 500-liter side-by-side refrigerator. In the kitchen there is also a table for 6 people. Also on the same floor there is a small service toilet. On the second floor, we find a room-suite as large as the living room below, as it is located above the latter and of the same size. It consists of an entrance corridor with many paintings on the walls, a large bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful view of the entire park of the villa and two outdoor terraces, another adjacent room and separated by a heavy curtain with another double bed and window overlooking the park, a space with large and spacious built-in wardrobes and an armchair-bed that can be used in case of need and the bathroom with all the services. This room can sleep up to 6 people in three separate rooms. Then there are 3 other rooms, each with a different color. The yellow room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a view of the park. The green room is in mountain style with typical Trentino Alto Adige furniture, wardrobe, and drawers. The orange room consists of two single beds, a wardrobe, and a top for objects and suitcases. In the attic there is another nice room with two single beds, private bathroom with shower. All rooms have wooden floors while the bathrooms, stairs and entrance are in green marble with dark veins. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. All rooms are served with free Wi-Fi internet connection. A washing machine with a drying area and a large private parking lot are also available. Guest access The villa has a park of 18,000 square meters and is a real green lung in the city, where we find very important tall trees and the possibility of taking walks in perfect relaxation as well as resting on the benches scattered in the park. The villa also has a private swimming pool (approx. 14 x 6 ml) for the exclusive use of guests with a solarium, deck chairs, parasols and gazebo with a table for 12 people. There is also an outdoor grill near the gazebo. Other things to note Please note that electricity and gas consumption are counted "for consumption", so at check-in the data is recorded and then at check-out. On average, the costs are: for electricity about 60-70 euros/week and for gas about 50-55 euros/week. In addition, there is the tourist tax for the Municipality and you pay €1/day for a maximum of 5 days. Only adults over 14 years of age pay. At check-in, a security deposit of 300 euros is required to be paid in cash, which is then returned at check-out if there is no damage to the house both inside and outside.
