Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Cirgues-sur-Couze, close to the Sancy mountain range, its hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts (Super Besse, Mont-Dore) that will delight vacationers! Less than a kilometer away is a set of shops (butcher, grocery store-bar-tobacconist, bakery) accessible on foot or by bike by secure path. Located 8 km from Issoire and 30 km from Clermont Ferrand, ideal for a work stay. The space This accommodation consists of a main room with a dining area with kitchenette (stove, coffee machine, kettle and microwave, dishes and kitchenware), a sitting area that quickly turns into a sleeping area. As well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All linens are provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) The property has a TV. Books/novels and documentation on activities near the accommodation are at your disposal. The garden is at your disposal. The washing machine is located in our house (private space), but at your request and whenever possible I can wash your laundry for 2 euros per machine. No Wi-Fi connection but very good 4G reception. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house. Only motorcyclists will be able to bring their motorcycles into the courtyard. A closed room is available for storage: skis, snowboards, road bikes or mountain bikes, outdoor equipment.
