WALKING DISTANCE to the public sandy beach of Juan les Pins and/or Antibes, City center/train station/bus/bars/ Palais des Congrés, restaurants, kindergartens The space This studio is located in a quiet luxury residence with everything you need: TV, WiFi, reversible air conditioning, dishwasher, equipped kitchen. A sofa bed and a real bed can accommodate a total of 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). The entrance hall can be separated from the main room by a door. In addition, the bed in the entrance hall is set apart, so everyone can use the bathroom without disturbing the others. Thanks to the proximity of the train station, it is possible to arrive without a car. ===> PRACTICAL, Paid washing machine in the residence (7 euros per wash) and dryer (4 euros per dry) Beverage and candy vending machines in the lobby, breakfast can be ordered at the reception. At the foot of the residence you will find: - supermarkets - pharmacy - butcher - baker - fast food (burgers, sushi...) Less than a 10-minute walk away you will have access to - Juan-les-Pins center, - Juan-Les-Pins beaches and Ponteil and Salis beaches in Antibes, Within a 15-minute walk you can get to: - in the old Antibes - Cap d'Antibes ===> TRANSPORTATION The accommodation is well connected by bus: there are free parking spaces in the streets surrounding the residence as well as paid indoor parking (Juan-Les-Pins Convention Center Parking) a 10-minute walk away. The 2 stops for several bus lines (400 m) and the SNCF train station of Juan (800 m) are nearby. If you use the internet connection for illegal purposes, such as illegal downloading, you will be held liable. Please respect the law. The 2 stops for several bus lines (400 m) and the Juan SNCF train station (800 m) are nearby. Once the car is parked, all travel is on foot. Other things to note We live in Antibes a few minutes from this apartment and therefore we are very available in case of arrival or departure time not corresponding to the times indicated in the listing. In addition, there is a key safe in case we cannot be exceptionally available. Basic equipment is provided: soap, toilet paper, pillows, blankets, dishwashing liquid, sponge and dish towels, coffee machine, iron, hangers, towel rack, kettle.
